ADHD
The INATENTIVE TYPE:
* Has difficulty following instructions
* Has difficulty keeping attention on work or play activities at school and at home
* Loses things needed for activities at school and at home
* Appears not to listen
* Doesn't pay close attention to details
* Seems disorganized
* Has trouble with tasks that require planning ahead
* Forgets things
* Is easily distracted
ADHD who is hyperactive/impulsive :
* Fidgety
* Runs or climbs inappropriately
* Can't play quietly
* Blurts out answers
* Interrupts people
* Can't stay in seat
* Talks too much
* Is always on the go
* Has trouble waiting his or her turn
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK MY CHILD HAS ADHD?
Talk with your child's doctor. A diagnosis of ADHD can be made only by getting information about your child's behavior from several people who know your child. Your doctor will ask you questions and may want to get information from your child's teachers or anyone else who is familiar with your child's behavior. Your doctor may have forms or checklists that you and your child's teacher can fill out. This will help you and your doctor compare your child's behavior with other children's behavior.
Your doctor will do vision and hearing tests if these tests haven't been done recently.
Your doctor may recommend trying medicine to see if it helps control your child's hyperactive behavior. A trial of medicine alone cannot be the basis for diagnosing ADHD. However, it can be an important part of evaluating your child if ADHD is suspected.
It might be hard for your doctor to tell if your child has ADHD. Many children who have ADHD aren't hyperactive in the doctor's office. For this reason, your doctor may want your child to see someone who specializes in helping children who have behavior problems, such as a psychologist.
WHAT CAUSES ADHD?
Children who have ADHD do not make enough chemicals in key areas in the brain that are responsible for organizing thought. Without enough of these chemicals, the organizing centers of the brain don't work well. This causes the symptoms in children who have ADHD. Research shows that ADHD is more common in children who have close relatives with the disorder. Recent research also links smoking and other substance abuse during pregnancy to ADHD.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP MY CHILD?
A team effort, with parents, teachers and doctors working together, is the best way to help your child. Children who have ADHD tend to need more structure and clearer expectations. Some children benefit from counseling or from structured therapy. Families may benefit from talking with a specialist in managing ADHD-related behavior and learning problems. Medicine also helps many children. Talk with your doctor about what treatments he or she recommends.
WILL MY CHILD OUTGROW ADHD?
We used to think children would "grow out" of ADHD. We now know that is not true for most children. Symptoms of ADHD often get better as children grow older and learn to adjust. Hyperactivity usually stops in the late teenage years. But about half of children who have ADHD continue to be easily distracted, have mood swings, hot tempers and are unable to complete tasks. Children who have loving, supportive parents who work together with school staff, mental health workers and their doctor have the best chance of becoming well-adjusted adults.

SINDROME DE ASPERGER
Yo e recibido muchisima critica en mi iglesia en la calle en la escuela en mi familia etc., Del porque yo doy tanta terapia a mis hijos . Constante critica por muchos , Es dificil aveses tener que responder a personas que en mi opinion solo jusgan sin tener las erramientas suficientes para poder enterder la situacion de cada uno de nuestros hijos . Lo que mas me molesta es la critica de padres que tienen a hijos en el espectro autista quien les gusta decir cosas que abeses puede doler .
Aca se encuentran las cosas que nuestros hijos con asperger tienen que lidiar de dia a con dia .
ASPERGER
1. Coeficiente intelectual generalmente por encima de lo normal.
2. Diagnóstico general después de los tres años.
3. Aparición del lenguaje en tiempo normal.
4. Gramática y vocabulario por encima del promedio.
5. Interés general en las relaciones sociales.
6. Algunos rasgos de torpeza.
7. Intereses obsesivos de alto nivel.
8. Padres detectan problemas alrededor de los 2,5 años de edad.
9. El diagnóstico se hace a una edad media de 11,3 años.
10. Las quejas de los padres son problemas de lenguaje o en socialización o conducta.
Claramente que nuestros ninos con asperger son super inteligentes , La deficiensia mas grande que ellos tienen es la socializacion . No que no quieran socializarce si no que nadie les a ensenado . De este hay grados bajos medios y altos . Pero es mi fe y mi experiencia que todo es posible en Cristo y La bendicion de la terapia social y de comportamiento ABA (Applied behavior analisys).Como persona de fe creo que el Senor de los cielos trae el conjunto de fe y medicina natural mas terapia's para que nuestros hijos puedan lograr grandes cosas en la vida .
En el video que yo quisiera que ustedes tomaran el tiempo en ver se mira la inteligencia de estos jobenes pero al mismo tiempo nadie claramente le a dado un segundo de terapia social ni de terapia de comportamiento . Ahora si bemos auna phsycologa que los mira probablemente cada semana o cada mes . Estas phycologas no estan capasitadas para proveer la terapia de socializacion ni de corportamiento . Es estandar qu eun nino o joben o adulto con autismo continue viendo a un phsycologo durante su vida.
Terapia de Socializacion y comportamiento :
En esta se le ensena al nino o al adolescente a hablar de forma apropiada . A tomar turnos hablando a aprender a obserbar los manerismos de los ojos y del cuerpo . Se les ensena lo que es el tomar turnos a saber la diferencia entre lo literal y lo que es fictisio . Se les ensena a aceptar que a lo mejor los demas no los ban a aceptar pero que esto esta bien . Ellos aprienden a poder entablar una conversacion y a poder sostenerla con sus companeros del colegio hasi como en la vida diaria .
Estas terapias son importantisimas pues se habla dela ansiedad social que estos ninos tienen todos los dias . El nerviosismo que no les permite aveses poder sobresalir .

En el video podran ver que estos jobenes no an podido tomar las terapias necesaria que les permite instituirse al publico normal . Para ellos es muy dificil el poder tener un tranajo por su ansiedad social y al nino mas pequeno no le an ayudado a salir de su mundo todavia jira cosas en su mano todavia es un poco hiperactivo creo que posiblemente sufre de un problema de atraso sensoral que no le permite estar en paz .
Creo con una Fe total en Dios que El mismo a puesto estos medios para poder lograr cosas grandes. Es muy triste para mi que un padre con un nino especial deje todo a un lado y quiera ignorar sus necesidades tratandolo mal o ignorando lo que lo puede agudar amejorar su conducta o su problema social . El ignorar los problemas de nuestros hijos el gritarles a ellos o el decir que se les ba a quitar solamente hace lo sigiente : cresen y no logran en muchas formas llegar a entender porque se sienten de la forma en la cual se siente . Muchos se casan y si Dios no les proveen una pareja que los comprenda pueden casarse varias veses. Quisas no podran entender a sus hijos y no pueden entender el porque se su propia confusion .
Les agradesco el haver leido esta nota . Pido disculpas por mi mala ortografia , Yo se que no es la mejor . En este mes de Abril quiero celebrar la bellesa dela diferencia de los ninos con AUTISMO .

APRIL IS AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH
AWARENESS MEANS ; having or showing realization, perception, or knowledge .
April is AUTISM awareness month and onthe 2nd of April is AUTISM areness day globaly . This sis the month where many of us walk for awareness might attend meetings regarding autism might talk to their peers more about AUTISM . But what is AUTISM really ?. I have made quite a few presentations on AUTISm and in this April I will have a few presentations in 2 different schools making it very special for me since it is AUTISM awareness month .
AUTISM is also called ASD(Autism Spectrum Disorder )under the umbrella of autism is;

Children with some symptoms of autism, but not a sufficient number to be diagnosed with the classical form of the disorder, often receive the diagnosis of pervasive developmental disorder, not otherwise specified (PDDNOS). People with autistic behavior, but also have well-developed language skills, are often diagnosed with Asperger syndrome. Children who appear normal in their first several years, then lose skills and begin showing autistic behavior, may be diagnosed with childhood disintegrative disorder (CDD). Girls with Rett syndrome, a sex-linked genetic disorder characterized by inadequate brain growth, seizures, and other neurological problems, may also show autistic behavior. PDD-NOS, Asperger syndrome, CDD, and Rett syndrome are referred to as autism spectrum disorders.

Además del Desorden Autista, existen otros cuatro desórdenes en la categoría de los Desórdenes Generalizados del Desarrollo que requieren de un diagnóstico diferencial.
Desorden de Aspergers- caracterizado por impedimentos en las interacciones sociales y la presencia de intereses y actividades restringidas, sin un retardo clínicamente significativo del lenguaje, y se prueba un rango promedio o superior en la inteligencia.
Desorden Generalizado del Desarrollo- no especificado de otra forma (comúnmente referido como autismo atípico) un diagnóstico de PDD-NOS puede hacerse con un niño no cumple los criterios para un diagnóstico específico, pero existe un impedimento generalizado y severo en conductas específicas.
Desorden Retts- es un desorden progresivo que hasta la fecha, ha ocurrido solamente en niñas. Desarrollo ocurre normalmente y luego la pérdida de habilidades previamente adquiridas, se pierde el uso propositivo de las manos y se remplaza con movimientos repetitivos que comienzan entre el 1 y los 4 años de edad.
Desorden Desintegrativo de la Infancia- se caracteriza por un desarrollo normal por los dos primeros años, y luego una pérdida significativa de las habilidades adquiridas previamente.
