There has been so many poor things modeled for us . Maybe our parents dont resolve things , They might just stick it under the carpet or try to flip some pages onthe calendar and think it will go away or deny it or avoid it .Now hear this! In everyones life comes relational conflict James chapter 4 says :

"What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? 2You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. 3When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures."

The problem lies in us in our own pride my selfishness my insistence on being right about everything. Yet (if we let Him) God will build in me a humility and a graciousness and a loving nature. We arent surpriced that Jesus had so much to say about relationships Mathew 5:2121"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' 22But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.

23"Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.
25"Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Lets build a clear foundation of what God wants us to do when we are in relational conflict. Lets beggin with this : Always resolve everything , I have an Idea of how hard this is . But there is a good reason for doing so based on the teachings of Christ . God takes it seriously, Dont we wanna take seriously what the Lord takes seriously? God takes relational conflict very seriously. Listen if you allow your life to be a life of hatred God help us all.I know we all have been in very difficul places in your life. But if we hate someone and we dont make things right you dispise that person that condition of heart is not consistant with the heart of a person who has been born again by the spirit of God .
